Peter delivered me and my family to and collected us from a medical appointment in London.

He was courteous, professional and warm; happy to chat if that is wanted or equally comfortable to provide a quiet journey.

The car was very comfortable and spacious, the ride was smooth and Peter was very confident on the best route to take.

He was prompt and allowed plenty of time but was equally happy to arrive a little earlier when our plans changed slightly.

All in all he made what could have been a very stressful journey, stress-free.

We have used Peter on a number of occasions to take us and collect us from either Gatwick or London Heathrow Airports. His cars are always immaculate, his driving is excellent, he is very polite, a proper gentleman, always picks you up at the agreed time, always allows plenty of time to get to the airport so you don’t have to hurry and was always waiting at the arrival area as and when we walked through so you didn’t have to wait and he also helps carry the luggage to his car. His charges are excellent value for money.

Previously, we travelled to airports by means of train and underground. After using Peters limousine service we would never go back to going by train. Your holiday starts from the time Peter picks you up and ends when he drops you back at your door.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone and hope to be using his service again soon

I have used Elite Transportation and Peter Banfield for approximately 4 years and in the past year have used his services every month at least for trips to London.. sometimes I have used him three or four times per month.
Peter is reliable and genuine he never lets a client down and when he can’t fulfil a request himself if he’s pre-booked always finds an alternative to do the job.
The cars are always of high quality. The quality of Peter’s work is second to none he is a gentleman and as already mentioned all his vehicles are tip top.
He even had a Covid screen made for his Mercedes at the beginning of the Pandemic.

We first came into contact with Peter some years ago when we were taking a long haul flight and needed to get to Heathrow Airport. Since then we have used him regularly.
He is reliable and always on time no matter what time of the day or night he is needed.
He is smart, personable and friendly.
His knowledge of roads and current problems that might impact on the journey is excellent. We always tell him where we need to be and at what time leaving him to tell us when he will pick us up.
His car is very comfortable and spacious with a good sized boot for our luggage.
Payment is easy as he takes debit and credit cards so we don’t need to have cash around to pay him.

We would recommend him to anyone who would like to be transported in comfort to whatever destination.
